Commission Awards Contracts for Projects in Northeast District

HANNIBAL, Mo. – During its regular meeting on February 8, the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded a contract for three bridge replacement projects in the Northeast District.  The contract was awarded to Bleigh Construction Company in the amount of $3,625,670.

Bridge replacement projects are at the following locations:

• Scotland County, Route H over North Fork Wyaconda River 3 miles east of Missouri Route 15 near Brock. 
• Scotland County, Route T – over South Fork Middle Fabius River, 4 miles east of Route A near Bible Grove.
• Adair County, Route B – over Hazel Creek, 4 miles south of Route K near Fegley.

Additional information, regarding timelines and impacts to traffic, will be released prior to the start of construction.
