NEMR Supports Local After-Prom

MEMPHIS, Mo.- A local communications cooperative is supporting an area after-prom effort. Jennifer Chrisman, Marketing Manager for NEMR, was in Memphis on Tuesday to present a check to the Scotland County After-Prom Committee. The $100 donation will be used to help fund prizes, games and food for the annual event.

Chrisman said that her company makes an effort to give something back to the local communities that make up the NEMR service area. Committee member Samantha Stott accepted the check on behalf of the after-prom committee. Stott said that the group very much appreciates the contributions of NEMR and other local businesses that help support their event.
